Courtney shares her journey, starting The Tox in 2019, focusing on holistic body sculpting with a spotlight on the lymphatic and digestive systems. With 12 corporate locations and franchising since 2021, The Tox has proven to be a standout brand. Courtney discusses the challenges faced during the COVID years and how the brand’s focus on immune system health made it “pandemic-proof.”

The Tox offers a specialized technique, not just a massage, attracting estheticians as key team members. Gabrielle explains the training process, emphasizing the unique aspects of their approach, and the specific skills needed for success.

The brand’s revenue streams include service offerings, and they’ve introduced a proprietary product line contributing to around 7-11% of revenue. Courtney and Gabrielle detail the service model, client payment structure, and compensation for estheticians.

Covering the footprint, they recommend spaces of 1500-2500 sq ft, emphasizing easy setup with minimal build-out. The brand is proud of its lean staffing, providing flexibility for franchisees. The Tox manages 100% of social media to ensure consistent branding.

Diving into financials, Gabrielle highlights an impressive Item 19 with an average gross revenue of $997,000, adjusted net income of $257,000, and a 25.8% profit margin. Courtney introduces their first franchisee in Scottsdale, an attorney, and a second franchisee with over 10 million followers who will adopt the executive model.

To protect their proprietary technique, The Tox implements strict contracts, including non-solicit and non-compete clauses, with penalties for breaking agreements.
